This tracks literally all of the information my counselor asks for regarding my sleep habits, and compiles it into an organized PDF - so instead of answering a bunch of questions, I just print this and she puts it in her file. Even without her prompting, Id still use this as a way to track sleep; I initially got it for the nights I dont run SleepCycle, since I can enter the information manually.
Its true that there are some fixes that would improve performance: sometimes the information I type doesnt save, so I have to restart the app and try again. And if I want to fill in part of it during a middle-of-the-night wake-up, I have to wait until after midnight for it to be added to that date. With those fixes, this app would be the perfect manual sleep tracker:)
